Ok I was a fan of the first game it was a good game not a great game so to see ATV 2 with very little change is disappointing the game still gets really boring after a half hour for some reason.
And by far the biggest disappointment is the Online Play feature which can't hold a candle next a game like Tony Hawk 4s online play this is just boring and really doesnt even feel like you are playing online for all you know it feels like this option was an after thought just to sell the game some more.
All I can say if you already own the first game its hard to recommend this one even for the online play with all the other games out you can do better.

ATV2 is one of the best racing games for the PS2. It's time to get your buddies together and have some serious competition! Whether you like playing multiplayer or single, this game is awesome. The tracks are amazing with rougher environments including sand, water, snow, and ice. Try out the first person view also, a fun perspective! This game is more challenging than the original and you'll find yourself wanting to race just one more time before turning it off. If you liked the original or even if you haven't played it, check out this game. At $$$ you can't go wrong!

ATV Offroad Fury is an enhanced game with many different tracks,riders,and atv's. The graphics are great. They have real life faces, gear, and helmets.There are many mode's, such as career mode, practice, supercross and more!I would reccommend you buy this right away,instead of renting it.Many people I know who have it enjoy it too.Sony Computer Enterinment designed this for you to enjoy it.

Bigger places to ride and one level has a ski jump!
Great multi-player games like hockey, tag, king of the hill, and
treasure hunt. Some levels have water to ride in, or get stuck in. But if your good at jumps you should try to jump one of the rivers.

Atv offroad fury 2 is one of the best games i have played. it is twice as good as the first one. You can do the freestyle and get some big big air, or you can do the racing which is also a lot of fun. I would give this two thumbs up! you might want to rent this before you buy it because if you do not like atvs you will have wasted 40 bucks when you just could have rented it. All in all great game!
